I have developed a simple 10-step workflow for your convenience.
You find my proposal suitable for your needs, so you book your appointment for a photo shoot. For outdoor photo sessions we can also agree on a backup date in case of bad weather.
I send you a guide on how to prepare for the shoot and what to expect and also a short questionnaire so I can get to know you and your expectations better. Your answers will help me to personalize your photo session.
#4 FINE TUNING
We agree on the location (if we haven’t yet) and also on the theme, clothing and accessories.
#5 RENTAL (optional)
If you decide to rent a location, I’ll ask for the rental fee in advance as the studio is likely to charge even if the session is postponed or canceled (of course I will do my best to save you money if we have to reschedule).
#6 PHOTO SESSION
We meet at the location and time as agreed, and have the photo shoot as described in the guide I sent you.
You pay for your session in cash right after your photo shoot. You can also pay via bank transfer before your photo session if it is more convenient for you.
I send you a gallery of watermarked raw images from your session in 5 days so you can choose the ones for retouching. You can also get recommendations from me.
I edit each image by hand in Lightroom and Photoshop to achieve the best possible result. I don’t use any filters or presets.
I deliver your retouched images in digital form (Google Drive) within 3 weeks. If you are happy with your pictures, I will have them printed. You can also choose high quality photo boxes or wall hangings (additional cost). The printed materials are delivered as soon as I get them from my suppliers. Please note: raw images are not part of the packages.
